Basic Stuff:

Here is the gist of how Rival Deal works…we sell, you buy.  That’s pretty much it.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • We are an online store, this keeps our overhead low and, thus, your prices low. You cannot visit us.
  • You can’t call us.  We are super busy trying to find actual RIVAL deals and shipping them out to customers as fast as possible.
  • If you need to contact us, please email us at the proper email addresses on the Contact page.

Ordering Stuff:

Why are there only a few products?

  • We feature one (1) new item and one (1) new DVD at awesome prices every day. Sometimes, we have a few other items available, but it just depends on what we can get our hands on. So, we will keep a product available in the Deal of the Day! section until it either…runs out or the next day comes. If we still have an item available at the end of the day, we will move it to our Other Featured Deals! section, so you can buy it there.

Am I guaranteed an item when I purchase it?

  • Due to the limited number of stock, we cannot guarantee our featured items will be available all day. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

Darn! I missed yesterday’s item! How can I buy it?

  • Well, long story short…you can’t. Again, we keep a limited stock on hand and cannot guarantee, at all, that we will have the item again. You might see it again if we can get more of it, but if it’s gone, it’s gone. However, take a look at today’s deal, maybe you’ll like it better.
  • How much is shipping?

    • For the most part, SHIPPING IS FREE! If we do have to charge shipping, we try to keep a DOLLAR STORE mentality with this issue, and that’s why “S&H” will always be in increments of $1, from $1 to $10. Each item will have its own shipping charges noted.

    How do I stay updated on your awesome deals every day?

    • By subscribing above! Go on! Do it!

Returning Stuff:

Because we are trying to find these products at the absolute lowest prices we possibly can, supply is limited.  This means that, if you want to return something for an exchange, it just won’t happen.  If you want to return something for a refund, again, probably not going to work.  We keep only a finite number of stock on hand, and we only sell things on a limited basis.  So, taking back stuff we already sold and won’t sell again won’t help anyone very much, will it?  So, what do you do?

  • Be sure that you want the item BEFORE you buy it!
  • If there is something wrong with the product, contact the manufacturer for assistance.  Chances are that they will be able to help you a lot better than we can – you might even get a better one!  Who knows?
  • The ABSOLUTE last resort will be some sort of refund for your purchase from Rival Deal.  Return shipping will be at your expense, though.

Where is my stuff coming from?

  • All of our orders are shipped from Irving, TX, a suburb of Dallas.  Since it’s coming from such a cool place, you will like your stuff even better.

How do I get my stuff sold on RivalDeal.com?

  • If you have a product you would like for us to sell, contact us and we can talk about it.  We can’t guarantee anything, but you never know.

How do I advertise on RivalDeal.com?

  • Advertising on Rival Deal is one of the best business decisions you can make.  Contact us to find out our stats, demographics, etc.  Of course, we will reserve the right to refuse any ads belonging to things we don’t agree with, like porn, hateful words, and Celine Dion.
